his unit is available in
right, left or top discharge. The unit produces
12,000 BTU in cool mode, only 5,640 BTU in electric
heat mode and 14,000 BTU in reverse cycle heat mode.
We recommend at least 3 discharges for this unit.
One 8” x 6” grill should be within 6 feet of the
unit and at least two other discharges need to be at
least the 4” round supply vents. As always, more is
better, these are the minimums. Electric heat option
is not available in 220 Volt configurations.
Running amperage: Cool = 9.4
amps, E/H = 17.5 amps R/C = 11.4 amps. Add
approximately one amp for the standard seawater
pumps. Start up amperage is calculated by running
amperage multiplied by 1.8.
On average, This unit is
designed to cool cruisers up to 32' and sailboats up
to 34'. |
